Need To Lose Weight? Forget Dieting And Counting Calories!

The motivation of this article began with a discussion. Ok, so it was a lively discussion ...
A friend of mine has a theory that weight loss does not make sense to me. It is a plan that she thinks she can handle, remains there until it reaches a plateau, and then moves to the next regime. Over time, it considers that reaching your ideal weight. Then she will eat what you want until it gains 5 pounds. At this point, it will be "easy" to drop 5 pounds in a new regime.
Last fasting diet requires 500 calories 2 days per week. After losing 10 pounds in six weeks, the weight loss stopped. Now it's onto the next plan.
What is wrong with this plan?
It is a plan, but to choose diets that always seems to involve counting calories, which also makes no sense. Compare 100 calories of white bread 100 calories in a vegetable you like. What do you think offers the highest nutritional value? You know the answer. The bread may taste good (especially with butter), but provides zero nutritional value and will make your blood sugar to spike.
Diets do not work permanently if you go back to eating the foods that created the weight gain to begin with.
So, how to lose weight without dieting?
You do not choose a new plan whenever you want to lose weight!
Instead, you choose a plan of eating. For example, my plan always involves the following ingredients:
* Not more than 15 to 25 grams of sugar per day.
* No more than 6 servings of good carbs (120 grams) per day.
* At least 30 grams of fiber per day.
Always Eat This plan, I lost a stubborn, hard to lose ten pounds, and the reduction of blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol.
The point is ...
Find a way of eating that will ensure that you can still enjoy eating food. The plan described above is very similar to the classic system of people with the countries bordering the Mediterranean. In general, these people live a long and healthy life and stay slim.
And that's the point, especially for my friend to the power supply bouncing. Once it finds a healthy diet forever, your body will eventually reach the right weight for you. And remain at that ideal weight, as long as you will not eat processed foods, bad carbs, and excess sugar.
